- Custom or personalized items are not eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged or defective.

- Once approved, we will provide a return shipping label (for domestic orders).
- After we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your return.
3. Refunds
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 2-3 business days after we receive your return.
- In case the item arrives damaged or defective, please provide photos, and we will issue a full refund or exchange at no extra cost.
4. Non-Returnable Items
- Clearance items or those marked "Final Sale."
- Gift cards and promotional items.
